About the Role
AtriCure is seeking a Customer Success Specialist II to support customers and help ensure successful adoption of our medical technologies. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships, drive customer outcomes, and partner across teams to improve the post-sale experience for healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Support customers through onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing adoption activities
- Monitor customer needs and help drive timely resolution of issues to maintain satisfaction
- Partner with internal teams to relay customer feedback and support continuous improvement
- Track customer engagement and progress toward adoption and success milestones
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, customer support, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working with healthcare or medical device stakeholders is a plus
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and coordinate next steps
