About the Role
Join CFC’s expanding US Admitted Claims team and help deliver a high-quality claims experience for policyholders and brokers. In this role, you’ll support cyber claims from first notice through resolution while coordinating with internal and external partners across the global claims and incident response network.
Responsibilities
- Manage a range of cyber claims from first notification of loss through the full lifecycle
- Coordinate response activities with the Global Claims and Incident Response team and relevant vendors (forensics, legal, PR)
- Work closely with Underwriting, Finance, IT, and Product teams to support accurate handling and reporting
- Ensure claims activity aligns with applicable legal, state, and statutory requirements
- Help drive cost-effective, high-quality outcomes for insureds
Requirements
- Experience handling insurance claims with a strong interest in cyber coverage and incidents
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing complex matters
- Ability to collaborate across teams and coordinate external service providers
- Knowledge of claims processes and applicable regulatory obligations
