About the Role
Collins Aerospace, managed by Raytheon Company, is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer II to support onsite security engineering activities in the aerospace and defense environment. This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance, with an active DoD TS/SCI clearance required after day one.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support cybersecurity controls aligned to security clearance and defense requirements
- Analyze security risks and help improve the security posture of systems and networks
- Collaborate with engineering and security stakeholders to address vulnerabilities and security gaps
- Support documentation and evidence gathering to meet compliance and clearance-related expectations
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required (eligibility for a security clearance)
- Active and existing DoD TS/SCI clearance required after day one
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
- Strong fundamentals in cybersecurity engineering and secure system practices
