About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking Cybersecurity Engineering Associates to join our Enterprise Technology organization through the Cybersecurity Rotational Program. This program helps you build practical cybersecurity experience while supporting the technology that serves millions of customers. You’ll work alongside teams responsible for identifying and managing security risk, delivering identity and access capabilities, and engineering solutions that protect the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in three rotational assignments over a two-year program (8 months each)
  • Support cybersecurity engineering work across multiple domains
  • Contribute to efforts such as threat analysis support, cloud security initiatives, secure development, and penetration testing activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to help assess security posture and improve protective controls

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in cybersecurity and software engineering
  • Willingness to learn across several cybersecurity specialties during rotations
  • Basic understanding of security concepts and secure engineering practices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
