About the Role
We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Support Technician to help support classified IT and cybersecurity operations in a secure environment. This role is ideal for candidates with an active Top Secret clearance who want to deepen their experience in compliance, information assurance, and security operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain hardware and software inventories
- Support user account administration and related access tasks
- Assist with security audits and compliance activities
- Support configuration management processes
- Carry out approved file transfer activities
- Update and maintain cybersecurity documentation and records
- Support continuous monitoring and security control efforts
Requirements
- High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience OR an Associate Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain SAP access
