About the Role
Empower Pharmacy is seeking an Incident Response Supervisor to help protect the integrity of our systems and support reliable operations across our healthcare and pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You’ll lead incident response activities, coordinate response efforts, and help strengthen our security posture to ensure we can continue delivering safe, high-quality medication to patients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate incident response activities from detection through containment, eradication, and recovery
- Monitor alerts and investigate security events to determine severity, impact, and next steps
- Lead cross-functional communications during incidents, including technical teams and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure incidents are documented with clear timelines, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Contribute to incident response playbooks, runbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support training and exercises to validate readiness and improve response effectiveness
Requirements
- Experience leading or managing incident response activities (security operations or similar)
- Strong understanding of incident lifecycle, triage, and remediation processes
- Proficiency with security monitoring/alerting tools and investigation techniques
- Ability to communicate clearly under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience documenting investigations and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
