Ford is seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to help drive workforce strategy, support leaders, and strengthen the culture that enables diverse teams to succeed. In this role, you’ll partner with business stakeholders to attract, hire, and retain the talent needed to deliver on our vision.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on talent and organizational priorities
- Support workforce planning, hiring, and retention strategies to meet business goals
- Help define and sustain a high-performing, inclusive culture across teams
- Advocate for employees by providing guidance on HR programs, policies, and practices
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to design and improve people-focused initiatives
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR leadership role
- Strong understanding of talent strategy, employee relations, and HR programs
- Proven ability to influence leaders and partner cross-functionally
- Demonstrated commitment to building inclusive, high-trust work environments
