About the Role
CAGE Engineering is seeking a Director of Engineering to help lead our engineering efforts in civil engineering, land surveying, and construction management. In this role, you’ll guide a problem-solving team focused on delivering high-quality, client-centered land development consulting that supports communities for the long term.
This position is temporarily remote.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for engineering initiatives and project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and project goals
- Support a collaborative, inclusive culture where engineers can lead, grow, and innovate
- Oversee delivery of engineering work products with a strong focus on quality and outcomes
- Help drive continuous improvement across processes, planning, and technical delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technical delivery
- Strong understanding of civil engineering and land development workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, accountability, and client service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
