About the Role
Babylist Media is building a modern Revenue Operations organization to enable long-term, scalable growth. In this Director role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution behind platform modernization, AI-enabled workflows, and efficient, scalable media operations. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development, you’ll build a high-performing team and align cross-functional processes to power our next revenue engine.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead scalable revenue operating systems across people, process, and technology.
- Own revenue operations strategy, including workflow design and continuous improvement across teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to modernize platforms and streamline go-to-market processes.
- Implement AI-enabled and automation-driven workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
- Drive adoption of systems and processes that support sustainable growth in a media environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in advertising or media revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles.
- Deep expertise architecting scalable operating systems for growing media companies.
- Significant experience in media/advertising ecosystems, including work with publishers, advertisers, or ad-tech platforms.
- 4+ years of proven leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams.
