About the Role
LivaNova is seeking a Director to lead US Field Market Access initiatives for a defined region across our Neuromodulation businesses. In this role, you’ll help expand access to our therapies by strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and supporting strategies that improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive field-based market access strategy across a defined US region
- Partner with internal teams to align payer, provider, and stakeholder engagement plans
- Identify opportunities to improve coverage, adoption, and utilization of Neuromodulation offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to support access goals
- Support execution of regional business plans and performance tracking for market access priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience in US market access, payer/provider contracting, or related healthcare access roles
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Background in medtech, pharmaceuticals, or other healthcare commercialization environments
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a field-oriented setting
- Comfort operating in a dynamic, patient-focused healthcare landscape
