About the Role
Lingraphica is seeking an Educational Programs Administrator (EPA) to help coordinate the operational details behind training demos and university webinars. In this role, you’ll manage scheduling, lead follow-up, and logistics so our team can deliver a smooth, high-quality educational experience for speech-language pathologists, consumers, and care teams.
Responsibilities
- Support high-touch outreach through inbound/outbound calls, email, and online scheduling requests for Educational Programs
- Schedule speech-language pathologists for device demos, webinars, and in-services, including coordinating loaner devices and required materials
- Arrange communication coaching sessions for consumers
- Ensure device shipments arrive on time for hands-on educational activities
- Track cancellations and coordinate rescheduling with SLPs
- Coordinate loaner device recall after demos and webinars are completed
- Triage opportunities and customer questions, then route to the appropriate team member
- Create and manage LG accounts for external SLP users
- Complete university-specific tracking and follow established procedures
- Provide phone support as a transfer point for Educational Programs questions
- Coordinate logistics for education events and follow up with leads to increase engagement
Requirements
- Comfortable with basic computer tools and willingness to learn new systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills
- 1–2 years of related experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and/or administrative support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OneDrive, RingCentral, and HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Background in healthcare and/or durable medical equipment
Benefits
- Starting hourly range: $50,000–$55,000 per year (based on experience, skills, education, and internal equity)
