About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a senior full-cycle recruiter to lead hiring across Sales and GTM teams. This role supports GTM hiring for Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Solution Architect positions, with additional coverage for select G&A functions as bandwidth allows.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer and close
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define requirements and sourcing strategy
- Coordinate interview loops and ensure candidates move through process efficiently
- Build targeted pipelines for Sales, GTM, and Solution Architect talent
- Provide recruiting support for additional G&A areas (e.g., Marketing, Legal, People Ops, IT, Procurement, Executive Support) as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally supporting Sales and GTM organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working with senior leaders
- Experience sourcing, screening, and closing for technical and customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining high recruiting quality
