About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, People Business Partner to support our Operations organization. Operations is fast-moving and operationally complex, and this role will serve as a strategic partner to senior Operations leaders—helping the business scale with people-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic people partnership with Operations senior leadership
- Translate business priorities into people programs, workforce planning, and talent strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive effective hiring, onboarding, performance, and development
- Advise leaders on org design, change management, and scalable people processes
- Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience as a People Business Partner or HR partner supporting large, operational teams
- Strong understanding of talent strategy, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
- Ability to operate at pace—balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders
- Experience partnering across HR and business functions in a high-growth environment
