  • Manage HRIS (HiBob), including data updates, reporting requests, and platform customizations
  • Lead the recruitment lifecycle and early career support (Graduate & Co-Op programs)
  • Manage Canadian and US benefits through brokers and plan providers
  • Support time tracking and time-off administration including balances, requests, approvals, and updates
  • Partner with Team Leads on people management coaching needs
  • Own performance processes, including reviews, bonus calculations, and development or remedial strategies
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations matters in partnership with leadership

  • Maintain job leveling and salary banding frameworks using market benchmarking data
  • Review and help maintain compliance documents, including policies, contracts, and work eligibility requirements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, including at least 3 years in a senior generalist or people leadership capacity
  • Experience contributing to strategic planning, including role design and reward framework application
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Desired Attributes

  • HR or Business Management education/certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience owning HRIS and benefits systems is a strong asset
  • Experience with Great Place to Work certification processes
  • Interest in using AI tools to streamline processes and improve productivity

Benefits

  • Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package
  • Remote-first environment with flexible work and office location options
  • Summer schedule: 4-day work week and flexible hours around core times
  • Regular social events (virtual and in-person) and a fully paid annual company retreat
  • Generous paid time off including vacation, wellness days, and additional leave options
  • Ongoing All-Hands updates and engaging Lunch & Learns
  • Genuine opportunities for growth and development
