About the Role

Retell AI is reimagining the call center using advanced voice AI. We help thousands of companies automate sales, support, and logistics calls with AI agents that can handle real customer conversations at scale.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll drive growth by building relationships with enterprise buyers and expanding adoption of our AI voice agents. Our goal for 2026 is a modern CX platform powered by intelligent AI “workers” that continuously execute, monitor, and improve customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored demos, pilots, and solution positioning
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health to meet targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product to refine messaging based on customer feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling to enterprise customers (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • Ability to run structured discovery and translate needs into clear value propositions
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
