As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll drive growth by building relationships with enterprise buyers and expanding adoption of our AI voice agents. Our goal for 2026 is a modern CX platform powered by intelligent AI “workers” that continuously execute, monitor, and improve customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored demos, pilots, and solution positioning
- Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health to meet targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product to refine messaging based on customer feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience selling to enterprise customers (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to run structured discovery and translate needs into clear value propositions
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
