About the Role

Chainguard is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for our Commercial customers in the East region. You’ll guide customers from onboarding through implementation and ongoing adoption, helping them realize value from Chainguard’s hardened, production-ready open source builds.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer relationship after purchase, serving as the main point of contact
  • Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption activities for enterprise customers
  • Coordinate cross-functional support to ensure customer success outcomes
  • Track progress, identify risks, and drive actions that improve retention and outcomes
  • Partner with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or post-sales roles
  • Comfort working with enterprise stakeholders and managing complex onboarding
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate goals into execution
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable results
