About the Role
Chainguard is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for our Commercial customers in the East region. You’ll guide customers from onboarding through implementation and ongoing adoption, helping them realize value from Chainguard’s hardened, production-ready open source builds.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship after purchase, serving as the main point of contact
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption activities for enterprise customers
- Coordinate cross-functional support to ensure customer success outcomes
- Track progress, identify risks, and drive actions that improve retention and outcomes
- Partner with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or post-sales roles
- Comfort working with enterprise stakeholders and managing complex onboarding
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate goals into execution
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable results
