About the Role
Airlock Digital is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead and scale enterprise sales across the Southeast region. In this role, you’ll build and grow relationships with the company’s largest and most strategic accounts (7,500+ employees) and drive the full enterprise sales cycle—from early pipeline creation through negotiation and close.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales execution for complex, high-value deals
- Develop pipeline by performing stakeholder mapping, account planning, and outreach strategy
- Translate enterprise sales strategy into clear regional plans and measurable targets
- Lead negotiations and coordinate across internal teams to progress long, multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Position Airlock Digital as a strategic partner for enterprise customers navigating procurement and extended sales cycles
Requirements
- Proven enterprise sales leadership experience in a regional territory
- Strong track record managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and committees
- Ability to forecast, build pipeline, and drive deals through negotiation and closing
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement processes and long sales cycles
