About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Key Accounts Executive for General Trade (GT). In this role, you’ll drive sales and distribution across your assigned territory, manage key customers and distributors, and work closely with the Area Sales and Channels Manager to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by visiting the market, executing sales plans, and understanding the current business situation
- Achieve sales targets through effective distributor and GT channel management
- Analyze the market to strengthen the company’s competitive position through improved customer service
- Negotiate with RS teams and coach/enable people to grow customer business
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback to the branch on actions needed to counter threats
- Track RS performance and sales team execution, identifying infrastructure gaps and initiating corrective actions
- Support distributor appointment processes and sales planning across the territory
- Plan and execute promotional activities to drive product visibility and growth
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in General Trade and channel sales
- Strong capability in ROI calculations and distributor handling
- Experience with RS appointment and sales planning
- Demonstrated ability to manage distribution effectively and improve customer service outcomes
- Graduation (full-time) required
- Decent communication in English and the local language (desired)
