About the Role
Scout Motors is building the next chapter of a legendary American brand—bringing it to life with electrification, digital innovation, and rugged performance. We’re seeking a Feature Partner Specialist to help develop and deliver the Harvester™ range extender powertrain experience within the Range Extender (REEV) program.
This role supports feature definition and execution across engineering workstreams to ensure the range extender system meets performance, integration, and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to define feature scope, requirements, and success criteria for the REEV range extender system
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs to support system integration and feature delivery
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across relevant workstreams and drive resolution
- Support validation planning by aligning feature behavior with system-level targets
- Contribute to documentation and communication of feature status, decisions, and outcomes
Requirements
- Experience working on electrified powertrain features, systems integration, or related engineering programs
- Strong understanding of requirements development, feature breakdown, and traceability
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear communication skills for both technical and cross-functional audiences
