About the Role
FWG Solutions is seeking a Field Installation Lead to plan and lead installation team activities in support of the U.S. Navy’s Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program. This role is part of the LCAC 100 Program and will be based on-base in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and lead day-to-day installation activities for the assigned program
- Direct installation team execution to support program milestones and operational requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partner teams to keep installation efforts aligned
- Ensure installation tasks are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with applicable requirements
- Communicate progress, risks, and needs to leadership throughout the installation period
Requirements
- Proven experience leading field installation activities in a program or operational environment
- Strong ability to coordinate teams and manage on-site execution
- Ability to work on-base and follow site-specific procedures and safety requirements
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
