About the Role
Join Ford’s Customer Service Division (FCSD) as a Finance Supervisor for the Retail Charging Finance function in North America. In this leadership role, you’ll serve as a strategic finance partner for Ford’s fast-growing EV Retail Charging business, helping shape the financial foundation that supports the company’s electrification strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Retail Charging Finance function across North America
- Partner with the Ford Pro Charging Finance team to design and implement accounting structures and internal controls
- Support new and evolving business models by building scalable finance processes
- Influence business decisions through financial analysis, planning support, and partnership with cross-functional teams
- Drive process development from the ground up to help scale one of Ford’s key growth areas
Requirements
- Experience in finance leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong working knowledge of accounting structures, controls, and finance operations
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and translate business needs into scalable finance processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
