About the Role
Rewards Network is looking for a Financial Analyst to support our FP&A function in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you’ll help translate financial data into clear insights that enable better planning, forecasting, and decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support leadership and department goals
- Build and maintain financial models and reporting to track performance and trends
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and explain results
- Support month-end close activities and ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes, reporting, and data quality
Requirements
- Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial results
- Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with financial data and reporting tools
- Clear communication skills for presenting insights to non-finance partners
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy
