About the Role
Fortastra is seeking a Financial Analyst to support company-wide planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. You’ll partner with leadership across engineering, operations, recruiting, and program management to help translate business goals into clear financial plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial planning and forecasting to support operational and program execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance and inform leadership decisions
- Support hiring and resource planning through financial analysis and scenario modeling
- Help track budgets and key metrics, flagging risks and opportunities early
- Contribute to reporting that supports strategic planning across the organization
Requirements
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
