About the Role
Valtech is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with Google Cloud expertise and a strong focus on AI. In this role, you’ll work close to the customer and help translate advanced cloud and AI capabilities into real-world solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions using Google Cloud technologies
- Collaborate with teams to deploy production-ready services and data/ML pipelines
- Advise on architecture choices, best practices, and performance considerations
- Support experimentation and iteration to accelerate delivery of new capabilities
- Contribute to technical enablement through documentation, knowledge sharing, and reviews
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud (e.g., compute, data services, and AI/ML tooling)
- Strong background in AI engineering concepts and practical application
- Proficiency with software development practices and building scalable systems
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly with diverse stakeholders
- Experience delivering solutions in cloud environments (deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting)
