About the Role
Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) is seeking an FP&A Manager to help strengthen financial planning and decision-making across our mission-driven organizations. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into clear forecasts, actionable insights, and thoughtful budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Own planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles to support organizational priorities
- Develop financial models and reporting that improve visibility into performance and drivers
- Partner with leaders to translate goals into measurable financial plans
- Identify trends, variances, and risks, and recommend next-step actions
- Support month-end close activities and ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness
Requirements
- Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly
- Proficiency with financial systems and advanced spreadsheet capabilities
- Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
