About the Role
Alcor Labs is building wearable AI co-pilots for industrial field workers. We deploy smart glasses powered by agentic vision-language models (VLMs) across legacy environments such as data centers, energy grids, and aerospace. You’ll help connect modern full-stack experiences with reliable integrations into enterprise systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for our wearable AI platform
- Develop and improve backend services that power vision-language workflows
- Create user-facing experiences that support field operators and internal teams
- Integrate with legacy enterprise systems and bespoke customer tooling
- Collaborate with product and research to ship reliable, production-ready capabilities
Requirements
- Strong experience building full-stack applications (frontend and backend)
- Proficiency with modern web development practices and API design
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP) or similar platforms
- Comfort operating in an on-site environment and collaborating closely with the team
- Visa sponsorship available with stated limitations (O-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1, H-1B transfers, H-1B change-of-status; F-1 OPT/STEM OPT candidates welcome)
Benefits
- Base salary range: $180,000–$240,000
- Equity: 0.25%–0.75%
- On-site role in San Francisco with a team building real-world AI for industrial users
