About the Role
TSTC is seeking a mission-driven Functional Expert to support the Department of War’s Foreign Clearance Program (FCP). In this role, you will help shape operational policy, analyze global access requirements, and provide functional support across key systems to ensure safe and compliant international movement of aircraft and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Support operational policy development for the Foreign Clearance Program
- Conduct global access analysis to inform clearance decisions and operational planning
- Provide functional support for the APACS system, including coordination and troubleshooting
- Support cybersecurity oversight activities related to program systems and processes
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support international clearance requirements
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience supporting policy or operational planning
- Technical aptitude and experience working with mission systems (e.g., APACS or similar)
- Understanding of cybersecurity oversight principles and compliance-focused work
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across government and operational teams
- Mission-focused mindset with attention to detail and process discipline
