About the Role
Redwood Materials is building a domestic battery supply chain that integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling to keep critical minerals in circulation. We’re seeking a General Site Superintendent (EPC) to lead field execution for ongoing construction at the Redwood Tahoe Campus and support additional Northern Nevada projects.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee project teams in the field, including in-house installers, subcontractors, and vendor partners
- Ensure daily work aligns with project goals, safety expectations, and performance requirements
- Coordinate on-site activities to keep work progressing efficiently and effectively
- Monitor jobsite conditions and address issues that impact schedule, quality, or scope
- Support communication and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in site supervision for EPC or construction projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and partners
- Working knowledge of jobsite safety, quality expectations, and construction sequencing
- Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain clear, consistent communication
