About the Role
As the Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution Director, you will lead worldwide GTM execution for Windows Consumer across three key partner ecosystems: OEMs, silicon partners, and retail. In this strategic role, you will align stakeholders across headquarters and the worldwide field to build and launch new sales motions that increase demand, make product choices easier for consumers, and improve conversion.
This is an individual contributor position focused on orchestrating strategy, portfolio and category management, and channel marketing. You will bring OEMs, silicon partners, retailers, and the worldwide field together into one clear, cohesive go-to-market motion that competes on price, choice, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own worldwide GTM execution for Windows Consumer across OEM, silicon, and retail partner ecosystems
- Orchestrate cross-functional planning and execution with HQ and worldwide field leaders
- Develop and drive new creative sales motions designed to surge demand and improve conversion
- Partner with teams across strategy, portfolio, category management, and channel marketing to ensure alignment
- Coordinate with OEMs, silicon partners, and retailers to deliver a consistent consumer-facing message
- Use insights from channel performance to simplify consumer choice and strengthen the overall offer
Requirements
- Strong experience leading go-to-market execution across multiple channels or partner ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, portfolio/category management, and channel marketing
- Proven track record of building alignment across executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with large partners (e.g., OEMs, silicon providers, retailers) or comparable ecosystems
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate strategy into measurable execution
