About the Role
PriceLabs is seeking a Growth Sales Development Representative to help drive product-led growth across the funnel. This role is not a traditional “book meetings only” SDR position—you’ll work on activation, recovery, and outbound efforts, partnering closely with Product, RevOps, Marketing, and Solutions Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Own activation and recovery for trial, dormant, and churned users by identifying what’s blocking progress and guiding next steps
- Support lead follow-up from marketing and other growth channels
- Contribute to trial activation and churn-recovery workflows across the customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve funnel performance and reduce leakage
- Over time, take ownership of experiments and workflow improvements tied to measurable growth outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in sales development, lead follow-up, or customer lifecycle outreach
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on diagnosing funnel or workflow issues
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, RevOps, Marketing, and customer-facing teams
- Availability during 5 PM–1:30 AM IST for this remote role
