About the Role

Policy Saver Insurance is hiring driven, coachable individuals to join our team as Health Insurance Sales Representatives in Austin, TX. This is a training-first role where you’ll help clients protect what matters most by guiding them to the right health insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects using inbound, warm leads (no cold calling)
• Conduct conversations to understand client needs and explain plan options
• Complete enrollment steps and keep prospects moving through the sales process
• Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback to improve results
• Maintain accurate notes and follow up as needed

Requirements

• Motivated to learn and grow in a sales career
• Comfortable speaking with people and building trust
• Coachable mindset and willingness to follow a structured training program
• No prior health insurance or sales experience required
