Healthcare Technology & Cyber Security Manager (Healthcare) | Hybrid

About the Role

Protiviti is looking for a Manager to lead initiatives at the intersection of healthcare technology and cyber security. In this role, you’ll help teams assess risk, strengthen security posture, and support healthcare-focused technology programs that protect patients and enable reliable operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare technology and cyber security engagements from planning through delivery
• Conduct security and technology assessments, including identifying gaps and prioritizing remediation
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align security controls with business and compliance needs
• Develop and communicate risk findings, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps
• Support delivery teams with guidance, quality oversight, and client-ready materials

Requirements

• Experience managing cyber security or technology risk initiatives in healthcare or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of security concepts, governance, and risk management practices
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Proven leadership experience managing workstreams and supporting team performance
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to clients
