About the Role
Funding Solutions Experts (FSE) is hiring a high-ticket Account Executive / B2B Sales Specialist for a Remote (Global) role. You’ll run focused outbound campaigns, close high-value financial deals, and move into a leadership track as you consistently hit your benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume outbound outreach (Monday–Friday) to business owners and C-suite decision-makers
- Manage the full high-ticket sales cycle from first contact through close
- Deliver a consultative, persuasive sales experience tailored to each prospect
- Once benchmarks are met, help recruit, train, and scale your own regional “Pod”
- Earn transaction overrides tied to your team’s performance
Requirements
- Fluent, professional business English with strong influence and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to execute in fast-paced, performance-driven sales environments
- Experience with high-ticket closing and B2B sales (financial services experience preferred)
- Comfort dialing and operating in high-volume outbound workflows
- Strong adaptability—use feedback quickly to improve results
