Talent Acquisition Coordinator (HR Support) — Full-Time Onsite

About the Role

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team with essential administrative tasks. You’ll help ensure new hires are onboarded smoothly while maintaining accurate files and records in line with applicable bank standards and legal requirements. You’ll also partner with the Human Resources team to deliver responsive, high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day administrative support for onboarding
  • Maintain and organize candidate and employee records according to required standards
  • Support HR by responding to inquiries and helping coordinate requested information
  • Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers
  • Help ensure timely processing in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a business office environment
  • 1+ year of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with urgency and maintain accuracy in a busy setting

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
