Valar Atomics is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team. You’ll help manage hiring logistics, coordinate interviews, and ensure candidates have a smooth, positive experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews, meetings, and candidate touchpoints
- Own day-to-day recruiting logistics to keep the hiring process moving
- Support candidates with timely communication and clear next steps
- Assist the Talent team with tracking, documentation, and process coordination
- Help ensure interviews run smoothly and stakeholders are aligned
Requirements
- Experience coordinating schedules and supporting recruiting or HR processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
