Government Program Manager (Global) | Lead ITAR-Sensitive Programs | Hybrid

About the Role

We’re seeking a Global Government Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for government and industry stakeholders. In this role, you’ll lead the development, execution, and growth of ABS products and services supporting government programs, with a strong focus on program performance, contract delivery, and long-term in-service success.

Responsibilities

• Own program and contract execution as the main interface between the client and internal teams
• Oversee work progress, schedule, budget, and technical risks; provide timely status updates to management
• Recommend corrective actions to improve performance and ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across ABS departments to meet program goals
• Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies, shipbuilders, design agents, and operators
• Support digital strategy priorities including modernization of classification and cybersecurity initiatives

Requirements

• Experience leading government or defense-related programs (including ITAR-sensitive environments)
• Strong contract and program management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience coordinating multiple external partners to deliver outcomes
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and classification modernization is a plus
