About the Role
Xometry is seeking an HR Business Partner Director to act as a strategic partner to our global Operations organization. In this executive-facing role, you will collaborate with the Head of Global Operations and a distributed leadership team to shape and deliver a unified talent strategy—aligning cross-border organizational priorities with localized execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to design and implement people strategies that support operational growth worldwide
- Lead end-to-end talent planning, organizational design, and workforce planning initiatives
- Advise on organizational change, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness across regions
- Drive HR programs that improve engagement, performance, and retention for operations teams
- Translate global HR priorities into actionable plans that reflect local needs and legal considerations
- Provide executive-level guidance on talent risks, workforce trends, and capability gaps
Requirements
- Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting large, complex organizations
- Experience working with global or cross-functional leadership teams
- Strong talent strategy and organizational effectiveness background
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead through change in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate at an executive level
