About the Role
Xometry is seeking an HR Business Partner Director to act as a strategic people leader for our global Operations organization. In this executive-facing role, you will partner with the Head of Global Operations and distributed leadership to build and deliver a unified talent strategy—aligning cross-border organizational priorities with local execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR business partner for Global Operations leadership, translating business needs into people strategy.
- Design and implement talent programs that support growth, performance, and organizational effectiveness across regions.
- Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, org design, and leadership development initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts tied to operational transformation and evolving business goals.
- Use HR metrics and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve talent outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with executives and managers to support employee engagement and culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader supporting large, multi-functional organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in an executive-facing capacity.
- Strong talent strategy and organizational effectiveness background, including workforce planning and performance management.
- Experience working in global or cross-regional environments with an understanding of localized execution.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
