About the Role

SpaceX is seeking an HR Business Partner focused on Employee Relations to support employees and leaders with practical guidance, coaching, and people strategies. In this role, you’ll help ensure HR policies are applied consistently while supporting a high-performing, fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee inquiries and questions with timely, empathetic guidance
• Coach employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices
• Partner with client groups to execute people strategies that improve retention and engagement
• Support day-to-day employee relations needs and help drive effective resolutions

Requirements

• Experience working in HR business partnering or employee relations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee relations practices
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for interacting with employees and leaders
