About the Role
Mullins Mechanical and Welding is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure a smooth employee experience by coordinating onboarding, benefits and payroll-related tasks, and responding to internal and external inquiries. You’ll report to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including handbook walkthroughs, required employment paperwork, and benefits enrollment support
- Assist with benefits administration and processing
- Support payroll and related benefit processing tasks
- Handle employee service requests and provide HR support as needed
- Assist with unemployment reporting and other HR documentation
- Respond to inquiries from employees and outside parties in a timely, professional manner
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration, coordination, or a closely related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort handling confidential information
- Excellent communication skills for supporting employees and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of payroll and benefits administration processes
