Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, coaching, conduct, and policy interpretation
- Investigate workplace concerns and help drive fair, consistent resolutions
- Support talent acquisition efforts and help ensure the organization attracts and retains strong candidates
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in HR processes and organizational effectiveness
Requirements
- Experience supporting employee relations and HR policy interpretation
- Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
