About the Role

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, coaching, conduct, and policy interpretation
• Investigate workplace concerns and help drive fair, consistent resolutions
• Support talent acquisition efforts and help ensure the organization attracts and retains strong candidates
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in HR processes and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

• Experience supporting employee relations and HR policy interpretation
• Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
