HR Lead (People Operations) | Remote (U.S.)

About the Role

Faeth Therapeutics is seeking an HR Lead to own end-to-end Human Resources and People Operations for our clinical-stage oncology team. You’ll help build scalable HR processes while partnering closely with employees and leadership in a fast-moving biotech environment.

This role reports to the Chief of Staff and is based remotely within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience from start to finish
• Lead core People Operations functions, including employee relations and day-to-day HR support
• Administer compensation and benefits programs and help maintain competitive, equitable practices
• Ensure HR compliance across policies, documentation, and required reporting
• Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on people strategy and operational improvements
• Build and refine repeatable HR workflows that scale with company growth

Requirements

• Proven HR leadership experience, ideally in a biotech, healthcare, or similarly fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and employee relations best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage compliance and maintain accurate HR documentation
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach
• Experience building HR processes and partnering with leadership to implement improvements
