About the Role
We’re seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team and HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll help ensure new hires are onboarded smoothly while maintaining accurate records in line with bank standards and applicable legal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative support during onboarding
- Maintain HR files and records according to internal policies and legal requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external inquiries
- Support HR team members with requests and documentation as needed
- Manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
- 1+ year of HR experience preferred
- 1+ year of experience working in a business office environment required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with urgency and prioritize in a busy setting
