About the Role

We’re seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team and HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll help ensure new hires are onboarded smoothly while maintaining accurate records in line with bank standards and applicable legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative support during onboarding
  • Maintain HR files and records according to internal policies and legal requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external inquiries
  • Support HR team members with requests and documentation as needed
  • Manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1+ year of HR experience preferred
  • 1+ year of experience working in a business office environment required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with urgency and prioritize in a busy setting
