About the Role
Regal Rexnord’s Motion Control Solutions (MCS) division is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Radford site. In this onsite role, you’ll act as both a local employee relations subject matter expert and a strategic partner to business leaders across assigned client groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations efforts with a consistent, compliant, and employee-focused approach across the Radford location
- Partner with leaders to support organizational effectiveness, talent management, and business performance
- Provide strategic HR guidance to influence decisions and strengthen workforce outcomes
- Support investigations, coaching, and resolution of workplace issues in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure HR practices align with applicable policies, labor requirements, and regulatory expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience in employee relations, ideally within a manufacturing or highly regulated environment
- Ability to build trust and operate as a credible, influential advisor to leaders
- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices for employee relations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
