About the Role
Join the Learning, Performance, & Culture (LPC) team as a Human Resources Consultant C/Specialist supporting the Technology function. You will design and maintain digital learning experiences that improve employee performance and strengthen organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Create eLearning courses, instructional videos, job aids, and other multimedia training resources using instructional design best practices
- Support and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure training content is delivered effectively
- Provide technical assistance to customers and internal stakeholders related to learning tools and content
- Collaborate on projects that enhance learning outcomes and organizational performance
- Maintain and update existing learning materials to keep content accurate and engaging
Requirements
- Experience with instructional design and developing digital learning content
- Ability to support LMS operations and learning delivery workflows
- Strong communication skills for partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Comfort working with multimedia learning assets (eLearning, videos, job aids)
