About the Role
We’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in partnership with business leaders. This role will help manage key HR functions including recruiting support, policy administration, compensation reviews, employee relations, and HR event planning.
Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers to define roles, competencies, and hiring plans
- Develop and apply behavioral-based interview guides and assist with sourcing and resume screening
- Post and screen internal and external candidates and coordinate with external recruiters when needed
- Assist with HR policy administration and help maintain compliance with company standards
- Participate in compensation-related activities, including review and coordination of relevant data
- Support employee relations needs and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Help plan and coordinate HR-related events and initiatives
Requirements
- Human Resources experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with recruiting processes and candidate screening activities
Compensation
- $26.44/hour
