About the Role
We’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in partnership with business leaders. This role focuses on talent acquisition, HR policy administration, compensation review, employee relations, and coordinating employee-focused events.
Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers to define roles and competencies
- Develop behavioral-based interview guides and hiring plans, including market research and resume screening
- Post roles, screen internal and external candidates, and coordinate with hiring teams throughout the process
- Manage and collaborate with external recruiters as needed
- Assist with HR policy administration and help maintain consistent processes across the organization
- Support compensation review activities and contribute to fair, market-informed decisions
- Help address employee relations needs and support a positive, compliant workplace
- Coordinate and assist with employee event planning
Requirements
- Human Resources experience required
- Strong understanding of recruiting and interview processes
- Ability to handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
- Comfort working with compensation and policy-related information
