About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage the full recruiting life cycle across the organization. This role focuses on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and ensuring our teams are staffed with the right talent to meet business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for company openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate recommendations
- Support workforce planning and collaborate with HR on succession planning initiatives
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and coordinate contract personnel as needed
- Develop and manage internship programs, including coordination with colleges and technical schools
- Plan and manage recruiting materials and employment advertising coordination
- Prepare employment and advertising budgets, schedule expenditures, and monitor hiring metrics against corporate objectives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws by tracking legislation and advising leadership on required actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements across recruiting and hiring operations
Requirements
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition processes
- Strong knowledge of employment law compliance and HR best practices
- Proven ability to analyze hiring metrics and support workforce planning
- Experience coordinating vendor relationships and contract personnel
- Ability to build and manage internship or early-career talent programs
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
