Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR generalist activities and support site or team needs
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development
- Help implement HR programs that support performance, engagement, and career growth
- Maintain HR compliance and support consistent application of policies and procedures
- Collaborate across teams to support an inclusive, high-performing work environment
Requirements
- Experience in human resources with progressive responsibility
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and HR policies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, operational environment
