About the Role
GetScale is looking for a People Operations Manager to help build and scale the systems and processes that support hiring and talent growth. You’ll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure we attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent as the company expands.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve People Operations programs, processes, and operational workflows to support high-growth recruiting and hiring.
- Partner with recruiting and leadership to design scalable onboarding, performance, and employee experience initiatives.
- Implement HR systems and documentation that improve visibility, consistency, and compliance.
- Support managers with people practices and guidance to strengthen team effectiveness.
- Continuously assess and refine People Operations processes using feedback and data.
Requirements
- Experience in People Operations, HR operations, or a similar HR-focused role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and people programs.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
